The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission has approved Ursa Resources’ re-application for a permit to construct the “A” Pad with more than 20 natural gas wells and a wastewater injection well less than 500 feet from Battlement Mesa homes. But, the company needs a variance to move forward.
