The Federal Communications Commission decides next week if an open internet will become a thing of the past. Ken Fellman is a telecommunications and public utilities attorney with Kissinger & Fellman in Denver. In a recent conversation with KDNK’s Amy Hadden Marsh, he explained net neutrality and what’s at stake if it is scrapped by the FCC.
