KDNK has been owner operated since 1983. That's the theme of our membership drive, which runs from February 17-28. Join or renew by clicking the "Donate" button. We've scheduled some fun activites so click through for all the information.



Live Broadcast with the Glen Canyon Institute

Monday, February 24, 6-7 pm
KDNK News presents the Glen Canyon Institute's Radio Roadshow on Monday, February 24 from 6-7pm. Glen Canyon Institute Executive Director Christi Wedig will discuss the current state of the Colorado River and the controversial "Fill Mead First" proposal. The Radio Roadshow will be presented live at the new KDNK Broadcast Learning Center at 76 S. Second Street in Carbondale. Listeners are invited to be part of the live studio audience or tune in to the live broadcast. Audience members will have an opportunity to ask questions and make comments. If you plan to attend, please arrive at 5:45 as the broadcast will begin promptly at 6 pm. This is a KDNK News Membership Drive event.

 

Go to Town with KDNK

Thursday, February 27, 6:30 pm
Celebrate 31 years of community radio and Go to Town with KDNK on Thursday, February 27. Town Restaurant in Carbondale hosts this very special dinner and celebration starting at 6:30 p.m. The evening features five courses with paired beverages from Town and Mark Fischer and handcrafted libations from Carbondale Beer Works and Jack Rabbit Hill Eat, drink and enjoy! Reservations for Go to Town with KDNK are 88.1 dollars each and are available by calling at 963.6326 (MEAT) or eat at towncarbondale.com.
