The Colorado Department of Corrections is warehousing prisoners in solitary confinement--a practice that's leading to an increase in mental illness among inmates, according to a documentary released this week by the American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado. For this week's news brief, KDNK's Ed Williams spoke with ACLU attorney Rebecca Wallace about the documentary.
