What the US Could Learn From Germany About Energy
Piper Foster worked for the Sopris Foundation then spent a year in Germany studying the links between civic planning and energy use. Now she works for Amatis Controls, an Aspen-based company making affordable control systems that could revive interest in the lowly solar thermal panel. Earlier this year, Piper returned to Germany with a group of 12 to learn more about energy policy across the pond. On this episode of NRG with MG, Piper Foster tells KDNK's Marilyn Gleason what she learned, and the US could learn, from the Germans.
