News: Governor outlines 'nonpartisan' agenda in address to lawmakers

Governor John Hickenlooper got a bi-partisan round of applause - and one standing ovation on Thursday when he delivered his first state of the state address to a joint session of the legislature. KDNK's Bente Birkeland was at the speech and says both Republicans and Democrats praised the new Governor for outlining the challenges ahead and setting a positive tone.
