Steve Skinner

General Manager

Steve Skinner is the General Manager at KDNK. He has been hosting and producing public radio programs since 1978. He also has experience in commercial radio but could not be held down and had to move back to community radio. Steve has been rightfully accused of "driving it like it's stolen." He is also a local musician and music producer.

Taj brought along his beautiful copper-colored Resonator and he croaked out one of his signature tunes for an adoring crowd. Recorded in-studio on Miss Management August 15, 2013.

Hayes Carll gave us a great acoustic version of KMAG YOYO, the title track to his CD. Tall, poetic and polite, he visited the studio before his PAC3 show on June 23, 2011.
